1. Acceptance of terms
Use of the OrexiMenu platform and its services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service
OrexiMenu provides software as a service (SaaS) for creating and managing digital menus (categories, items, QR codes, bilingual support). Use is under your account responsibility and in accordance with current pricing.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must notify OrexiMenu immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and without infringing third-party rights or breaching laws. Copying, unauthorised distribution of software, or use that could harm the platform is prohibited.
5. Termination and cancellation
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. OrexiMenu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for security reasons.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided «as is». To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrexiMenu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
